Ginger & Gary Blomberg
Gary and Ginger have been in the retail real estate business for 38 years. Ginger owned and operated several RE/MAX franchises in CT as well as a real estate school where she taught both licensing courses to "newbies" and continuing education courses in ethics to seasoned professionals. In Florida, she became a licensed broker and in 2012 entered the "fix & flip" arena with Gary which served them well for many years. Most recently Ginger and daughter Katie recognized the need for advanced learning in creative ways to solving homeowners' housing issues as COVID has plunged many people into tenuous financial positions. There are many alternatives to foreclosure and they would like to ensure that homeowners know all of their options before making a decision that may affect their lives for years to come.
Katie & Trevor King
Katie King comesby the real estate business as a natural extension of her having grown up in a real estate family. She lives in Port Charlotte with 4 year old daughter, Savanna, where she houses her real estate brokerage, King Home Solutions. Katie is the broker who manages the day-to-day real estate activity, looking for potential homeowners to help, and with parents Ginger & Gary, they are an all-encompassing real estate entity ready to educate homeowners on their options, and able to help owners understand which of the options makes the most sense for them.
Jamil Damji
Jamil is a founder and co-owner of Keyglee, a wholesale real estate company with offices and franchises throughout the country the closest of which is in Tampa, FL. He is the consummate professional when it comes to getting transactions closed and trains his team on always doing the right thing for the consumer. With unparalleled ethical standards, his approach to any housing problem is one that requires a win-win resolution. Jamil travels the country with friend and associate Pace Morby educating investors on how best to help distressed homeowners. Both Jamil and Pace have been instrumental in our learning process and we are so grateful to have them as part of our team.
Pace Morby
Pace is a legend in the creative financing arena and we are thrilled and honored to have him as part of our team. His knowledge in creative financing has helped thousands of people out of distressed housing situations who otherwise would have lost their homes and/or or destroyed their credit. According to Pace, no deal is impossible. The sooner the problem is discovered, the more options that are available but even homeowners in the most dire of circumstances can find themselves in a better place after engaging in one of his suggested strategies. Pace can be found traveling across the country teaching his creative financing tactics to investors so that the maximum number of homeowners can benefit by his strategies.
